2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with full kitchen, living /dining area and patio. 400 metre walk to Blackcomb Lifts, or take the free Village Shuttle that stops outside your door. Beds: queen, double over queen bunk and a sofabed. Extensive upgrades.

We paid top dollar to stay in unit 202, which is small, run-down, extremely outdated, and the internet barely works. We then requested to be moved and we were moved to unit 205, which was the same size, although taken care of much better and updated. We
thought the internet worked when we tried it before moving, but it does not work at all in the bedroom and in the main area it went in and out constantly. This was a big inconvenience for us. I still would have given the place a reasonably good review if the
owner did not try to overcharge at the end, arguing that because we moved we should pay extra (which they did not mention at the time of the move). He even said during the discussion "Who's going to pay the extra cleaning fee?" even though we did not receive
the mid-week cleaning that we were supposed to receive anyways (which means he did not lose anything on cleaning fees) and the simple cleaning fee after one night could have never amounted to the roughly $100 in question. He thought that our moving (which
was due to his company's lack of providing what was advertised, as well as the extremely poor condition of the overpriced accommodation, 202) should incur extra charges. Never-mind our inconvenience of having to deal with such an inappropriate situation and
the time it took for us to settle it and move. The discussion on it was extremely awkward and a really uncomfortable way to end our stay. The same owner owns 30 places in Whistler.
Very good stay. We would book the exact room again!
Condo was well appointed and well furnished. Very thankful there were fans or we would not have survived the heat. Although the unit was nonsmoking, when we first arrived and after being closed/away for the day the smell of cigarettes was quite strong.
Wondered if the last guest was a smoker? Had some unexpected vehicle trouble and front desk recommended Barney's Garage - rec'd excellent service and fair pricing.
The staff called a couple of times before our arrival to make sure we arrived without any problems and made it easy for us to get the most out of our stay.
The unit was better equipped than any other similar type rental in our experience. Thank you very much.
Quick response from owner. Very friendly front desk staff. Very helpful and let us use some sleds for our kids at no cost which was great. Nice location at a good price. Walls are a little thin (only) within the unit (not between units) so we found out
that's not so great if you have little kids that need to nap in quiet. But that is a really minor issue and only applies to those traveling with small kids. Not exactly ski in/out but just a couple minutes walk to lifts which was totally fine. Would not have
been worth the extra cash to stay slope side when compared to this short walk. Has a shuttle stop out front but it is a very pleasant walk to main village. Would stay here again.

The had everything you could wish for. Aux cable for music, blowers for drying out your clothes, dishwasher, decent size, kitted out kitchen, dishwasher. TV and cable, free fast wifi in the condo and rooms. Perfect and clean. No noise and friendly staff.
Didnt have a kettle but the staff organised it without a problem free of charge.
Bus stop right outside the condo and its free, 5min to the village and about 15min to get back.
If i could make any recommendations it could be to get a apple TV. That might be a little over the top but most of the four guys had ipads and iphone, and would be cool to share videos from the day's run. I think im pushing a bit here as everything was perfect.
Very nicely furnished, and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Great to have 2 full bathrooms.
Some minor noise from stairwell (ski boots in the morning) and adjacent bathroom only downside.
Great location and access to the ski hill and lovely short walk to village.
Our unit (205) was extremely nice. The renovations they have done are excellent. The building itself needs upgrading desperately. We were disappointed that it was not ski in and ski out since we were skiing with kids aged 7, 5, and two 3 year olds. Having
to walk down a street to get home with kids in ski boots that don't carry their own skis is not fun. We were disappointed that the pool was closed but extremely happy for the hot tub.
It was a beautiful condo. I have never been more comfortable in a vacation rental. All the small details have been tended to down to high quality cook ware and knives. The beds are extremely comfortable. We didn't use the convertible couch so I can't speak
to that. Ski in/ski out seems a bit of a stretch but it isn't a bad walk. It is about 1/4 mile flat/slightly uphill at times. We can't wait to come back in the summer!
Wildwood lodge #205 was beyond perfect! The condo was very nice and felt like a home away from home. The staff was super nice too and everybody in our group had a lovely time! Short walk to the lifts and the skiing/snowboarding was amazing!
Apt. 205 in Wildwood Lodge was fantastic!! So well set up, very very clean, and in a great location. We can't wait for our next visit!!

This is also a prime location in the winter as it is an easy ski over to the Wizard Chair. Thanks for taking the time to comment. Barry
Spent March Break at this lodge and immediately at entering we were greeted by the most friendly people, gave us directions and recommendations to our stay. The location was very convenient as the bus stop to whistler village was right outside the front
doors or a quick hike on a trail behind the next hotel.
This was our 3rd year in Whistler during the holidays and the 2nd year at the Wildwood Lodge. We love the location...ski out and walk or ski in and we love skiing Whistler.
The unit was very nice, clean, and in an ideal location. Garage Parking was a plus, and the staff was very helpful.

Wow! wish we had some comments to indicate the low ratings. This property has had EXTENSIVE upgrades over the past 2-3 years and is in superb condition. Location is only 400 yards from the Wizard Chair and you can ski right to the lifts. We did not hear of a cleanliness problem so it is always too late to hear about it after the fact.
Comments from other guests offered a rating of 5 for all categories and the following comments: The unit was very nice, clean, and in an ideal location. Garage Parking was a plus, and the staff was very helpful.
This was our family's second New Year's trip to Whistler and definitely the best. We loved the condo, especially the location. It was a perfect size for us. We would stay there again.
